The line mixes the dough, then folds and rolls it in an S pattern to develop gluten before final flattening; the forming unit rolls and cuts pieces and the panner arranges up to 200 pcs/min onto trays. Progressive-reduction rollers give tight control over final sheet thickness. Optional filler for jam breads and optional rounder for lotus-paste buns.
