The flower-roll line runs baguettes, mantou, flower rolls, shaobing and burger buns from one continuous flow. A proprietary filling-injection unit spreads filling evenly (also for caterpillar and toast bread); a purpose-built cutting transmission delivers precise, durable cuts; and the sheeting section keeps the dough band at a consistent thickness.
