This fully automatic youtiao production line delivers stable, high-volume output while maintaining the porous dough structure and handmade mouthfeel. Key sections include automatic dough mixing, precision servo forming, controlled proofing, and continuous frying with adjustable temperature and conveyor speed. All food-contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel; system is PLC-controlled with HMI, low oil uptake design and easy-clean construction. Capacity, line length and frying configuration can be customized; standard supply includes installation guidance, commissioning support and a 12-month warranty.
