Single-unit pizza base machine for round, square and specialty pizzas, doughnuts and shaobing. Rollers sheet the dough, dockers pierce it, cutters release each piece and the auto-arranger places them at even spacing on the conveyor; a trim-recovery conveyor collects offcuts. Choose rotary or pneumatic cutting; sheeting thickness is adjustable.
